Bismuth - Valiant Heart + Extra Burn Stacking

Took inspiration from noashleynolife's Valiant Heart Build but added more burn stacking/burn damage + slightly changed the constellation slots due to personal preference.

Deja Vu - Can be any of the Legendary or Epic Essences listed in the guide.

Ice Shield and Mass Protection are interchangeable.

Chaos Priority:
Max Health - Get to a number you feel safe with early on, then after you get everything else below, can just keep stacking this forever.
Memory Haste - Until Memories are at the <3s mark, this is mainly for Ice Shield/Mass Protection since the rest of the Memories have Cooldown Reduction when you deal damage/dodge.
Atk Speed - 4.5+ is nice, but can keep stacking forever if Max Health isn't an available option.
AD/AP - I try to keep even with a skew towards AD, but you can stop getting these once you get Essence of Predation since at this point it is more worth to farm Hunters; this is where most of your damage scaling will come from.
